"My family and I have used State Farm for years. After one at fault accident, my rate increased more than 100% from $125 to $350+ a month. I eventually received a letter detailing that coverage would not be offered and later was told that State Farm was planning to contact me to offer coverage for $350+ per month. EDIT: This review does not reflect my experience with Charmaine Duncan, but instead highlights my disappointment with State Farm. Charmaine was reasonable and did explain the chargers and her limits to make changes. My issue is with State Farm's policies and Charmaine happens to be the agent that is assigned to me."
